​After 15 years and over 200 courses in Canada and elsewhere it was time to add more programing. AIME Advanced was launched in Halifax on January 30, 2015. Designed as a procedure focused program for experienced clinicians the course filled quickly with participants traveling from British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador. We had the great fortune of having access to clinical cadavers that are prepared using a light embalming technique that maintains tissue fidelity such that the hands-on experience is almost indistinguishable from that that would be had with a living human being. We are planning to offer this program regularly with the next ones tentatively planned for May 22 & 23, 2015.
