My Take Summary: (1.) Sux is better than inadequate doses of Roc (2.) Induction drugs make a difference in intubating conditions as part of an RSI ONLY if you try to intubate before paralytic works (3.) If you intend to cancel the case and don't have sugammedex use sux otherwise evereything you do will be easier with a paralyzed patient: BVM, DL, SGA and ESA use Roc.
